   for  the  information  security managers and their staff at an amount of
   $6,286  for  the  28 State Data Center customer agencies and for each of
   the  following  agencies:  the  Division of Administrative Hearings, the

   Consumer  Services, the Department of Law Enforcement, the Department of
   Legal Affairs, the Office of Early Learning, and the Guardian Ad Litem.

   General  Revenue  is provided for a ten percent pay increase for Special
   Risk  Florida  Forest  Service  Firefighters as outlined in Section 8 of
   this act.

   790:0070,  790:0083,  790:0098  or  790:M139, or any other lease, by the
   Department  of Business and Professional Regulation, notwithstanding any
   lease  or  contract  to  the  contrary.   The Department of Business and
   Professional  Regulation  is  prohibited  from  expending  any  specific
   appropriation  from the General Revenue Fund, any trust fund or from any
